Ønskeliste: Reiselyst

Nå har det blåst, regnet og snødd i tre dager. Det er kanskje ikke rart at jeg drømmer om å reise vekk? Takk og pris for at det finnes bøker å drømme seg bort i.

Akkurat nå står disse bøkene på ønskelisten:

Som den anglofile skapningen jeg er er Storbirtannia alltid første plassen jeg drømmer meg bort til. Hvem trenger palmesus når man kan få britisk kultur innhyllet i tåke og regnfulle skyer? Jeg drømmer om scones, steingjerder og brune puber. Håpløst, håpløst. Så jeg har stor tro på at denne boken må være perfekt for meg. Om boken står det:

I tillegg til å være anglofil har jeg også en indre cowboy. Faktisk er det mer enn bare en indre. Jeg har faktisk amerikansk cowboyhest og rir i westernsal. Likevel er det ikke fullt så stilig å ri mellom norske fjell, det mangler den rette cowboyfeelingen. Jeg har derfor veldig lyst å lese Gretel Ehrlich sin bok. Jeg har allerede lest utdrag fra den, og språket er rett og slett bare nydelig. Omtale:

Nok en bok om Sotrbritannia på denne ønskelisten. Jeg får bare ikke nok. Omtale:

Til sommeren skal vi på ferie til Irland for første gang og jeg gleder meg virkelig. For å komme i skikkelig stemning har jeg blitt anbefalt denne artige saken. Omtale:
